Start by submitting an online intake form through our secure platform. Once your provider reviews your information, they will reach out to you to schedule your appointment at a convenient time.

All consultations are conducted through a HIPAA-compliant telemedicine platform. After your appointment is scheduled, you’ll receive a secure link to join your virtual consultation with your provider.

4. Can I address multiple health concerns in one plan?

Yes! We offer flexible packages that allow you to address multiple health concerns, such as weight management, skincare, and sexual health, under one personalized care plan.

5. What happens if I need medication?

If your treatment plan includes medication, we will send to one of our partner pharmacies or your pharmacy of choice.

6. Do I need insurance to use Venus Well?

No, we are a cash-based practice, and our services are available to all, regardless of insurance coverage. However, some insurance plans may cover the cost of prescribed medications, and we’re happy to assist with prior authorizations if needed. You may also use your HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flexible Spending Account) card for payment.
