Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy on eligible retail items. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify:

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
To begin a return, email us at privacy@venusandmarswell.com. All returns must be approved before being shipped back. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
To protect your safety and due to health regulations, the following cannot be returned under any circumstance:

Medications or compounded medications

Healthcare services, visits, or digital programs

Lab testing kits

Telehealth or wellness consultations
Dropshipped Items
Dropshipped or third-party items may only be returned if damaged or defective upon arrival. Claims must be submitted within 5 days of delivery with photo evidence. Returns for reasons like sizing, fit, or change of preference are not accepted.

Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for damaged or defective items, based on availability.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

You will receive an email notification once the refund is issued
Note: Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
